[c-nsp] ASR1004 Used

As Mark (And I) have said....it depends.....if it comes with RP2/ESP40/SIP40s etc, then its ok....if its just a chassis, then US$30K is waaaaaaaay expensive lol...you should only pay $2-3K for chassis only
