Nope, no LFA/rLFA and my core-facing interfaces aren't SVIs either. Good to know though.

Are you running LFA or Remote-LFA in a combination with VLAN interfaces on your me3600 by any chance?
I'm asking because that can also lead this issue if VLAN interface is selected as a backup.
