[c-nsp] WiSM without WCS?

  Hi folks!  I'm looking at whether or not it'd be a good idea to use a
Wireless Services Module on a 6500 to handle a few dozen APs.  I'm just
now learning about these modules.

  It looks like they're primarily intended to be used with WCS.  Does
anyone here know offhand if it's possible to configure and run one of
these without WCS, just accessing it via a normal console session for
configuration tasks?
