[c-nsp] ASR-920 and Netflow

Netflow is now supported on the ASR920 with the correct rommon and ios-xe
software IOS-XR 3.18.0SP and 15.6(1a)S1

But the 15.6(10r)S is not available on the cisco download page.

Does anyone (Waris?) when this rommon will be made available?
