[c-nsp] cisco asr1001x netflow problem with pppoe subscribers

For pppoe users we have only l2 interface without l3,

All users connected via TenGigabitEthernet0/0/0

interface TenGigabitEthernet0/0/0
  description Downlink-to-cisco4900
  no ip address
  no ip redirects
  no ip unreachables
end

and subscribers have several vlans, example

interface TenGigabitEthernet0/0/0.1017
   encapsulation dot1Q 1017
   pppoe enable group BBA_PPPOE_PROFILE
end

...

interface TenGigabitEthernet0/0/0.2015
  encapsulation dot1Q 2015
  pppoe enable group BBA_PPPOE_PROFILE
end
