[c-nsp] Serious hardware clock issue for NCS1000s, NCS5500s, ISR 4000s, ASA 5500s, Nexus 9000s - hardware replacement required.

Does someone know how those ISR 4000 / ASA 5500 are built ? surely Atom
C2000 are not used as the switching engine in the NCS or Nexus 9K.

But one wonders if the smaller ISR 4300 and ASAs are just Atom C2000
motherboard with a bit of mem and flash added ? It looks like that CPU
family would have enough horse power to reach the stated "performance
level".

Is someone able to confirm that?
