[c-nsp] IOS XR software recommendations

My understanding was the 5.3.4 was a bug fix release because the size of the 5.3.3 + SMU's was greater than could be loaded into the disk of the RSP8G.
5.3.4 should be the last release for the RSP8G, barring needed SMU's.

+1 from us too, 5.3.3/5.3.4 has been nice and stable for us and like
Tom says it still has Triden support.
