[c-nsp] Cisco 6509 / WS-CAC-6000W OUTPUT FAIL

Hello,

In the meantime the system is was turned off.
Neither removing cards or turning off/on changed situation.
So I guess the chassis is just broken in some kind.
At least the scrap dealer will be happy. ;)
