Hi Mike,

Please post your BFD config from each end and and the interface config
and the device firmware versions. That would be a good start.

Have you tried to raise the BFD timers to see if the flaps stops?

Have you tried to fix the output drops? What QoS config do you have on
each end, can you share that too?
