[c-nsp] Enabling NAT High-Speed Logging on a ASR1004

Morning/Evening All.

Has anyone enabled HSL on a ASR1004 before, or is able to test the
performance impacts of using this command?

Looking to de-nat some production flows but not got a test unit with a
load generator to check if enabling this command kills the NAT
performance of the box.

The NAT boxes currently does around 400k NAT Translation at peak.
