[c-nsp] Cisco ASR99xx 64-bit upgrade 6.3.1 to 6.3.2

Anyone have the procedure for upgrade ios xr 64-bit  from 6.3.1 to 6.3.2 on a ASR99xx router?

Its a little differnent than upgrading a 32-bit ars9k

Also the a9k-mini file is an iso not a pie file.
