What I plan on using telemetry for is to get real-time data on various NPU
stats mostly CPU and MEM utilization (ideally with per PPE granularity).
It's crazy that we operate these networks without knowing how much headroom
we have in terms of ASIC CPU, well other than rough estimates based on
various performance testing scenarios done when testing the cards before
purchasing.
