[c-nsp] vs debugging on cisco 3850 with 16.6.4

Hi all

Can someone tell me what has happened to the deb radius command on 16.6.4
If I do deb radius on a box the only thing I see is the test request from the box itself.
How do I catch the request that is generated from one of the ports with a debugger.
Any help would be appreciated
