Yes, the usual trick works...But not if you are in a hurry and forget or fat finger it :)

Just checking to see if something had been added that I missed....I guess not :(

No, but the usual trick

  neigh 1.2.3.4 remote-as 5678 shutdown
  <conf neigh details>
  no neigh 1.2.3.4 shutdown

still works...
