[c-nsp] ASR 920 Replacement

the NCS line seems to be the next hardware evolution of the ASR900/920 line, with models that correlate to just about everything in the 900 portfolio, as well as next gen devices like the 540 that offer a lot more 10Gb+ density. seems a lot like what they are doing with the 9K line, ala trident, typhoon, and tomahawk.

the curious thing is the 920 just had two new models drop in recent months (the 12x10Gb model being one of them).  and the roadmaps i have seen don’t show the 920 as going away for a while.
