I'm guessing not? Am I barking up the right tree regarding the source of my issues?

Subject: [c-nsp] 9396 SNMP
Does anyone else have issues with the 9396 sending out bum SNMP responses?
Seemingly all DDM information for the optic modules return just a single digit. IE:

Here I have a 3064 that reports just fine.
