DWDM-SFP-10G-C not working in 3650

Hello, 

I have a problem of a DWDM-SFP-10G-C untunable not working in catalyst 3650 rel denaly 16.3.6The transceiver is not recongnized. 

cannot read eeprom, when using "service unsupported-transceiver" same result the unit goes in error disable mode, after "no errdisable detect cause gbic-invalid" i see 0,39dbm @1310nm on SMF but the unit is stuill not recognized. See logs. Tested with Denali 16.3.6 

Transceiver is not original, but oem same codification of original. 
in a asr9006 it works perfectly.
Does anyone hass a suggestion? where am i wrong?
