[c-nsp] DMVPN limited at 40Mbps ?

What License have you active on the C1111? From what I recall is that 
the new ISR1100s have a limit of 50mbps IPSec Traffic with the standard 
"SEC" license. You need the extra "IPSec Performance" license to upgrade 
the IPSec throughput of those boxes.
