I haven't been able to reproduce the hung RTR session issue due to
reboot/reloads in newer code. 6.7.3 (32-bit)/7.1.3 (64-bit) should be
fine. I don't recall if 6.6.X was good or bad, but 6.5 certainly was.
Still, the monitoring script makes sense.
