[cisco-voip] Database log truncated on callmanager 3.3(2)

This is actually a good thing.  Truncating the database transaction
log keeps the log size down as Microsoft doesn't do a good job
of maintaing their transaction log with SQL server:

Externally found moderate defect: Closed (C)
The log file for database CCM0303 is full. Backup the transaction
Full text of defect  (~10K)

Add a new enclosure
Modify the Release-note attachment.

Symptoms:
CCM030x_log.ldf file grows above 1GB:

 to free up some log space.

Condidtions:
Callmanager 3.2(2c)spF.  This occured on a backup callprocessing subscriber
node
hosting the 7960 phones and CTI registration for an IPCC environment

Workaround:
Backup the transaction log and then shrink the database
