Im looking for good troubleshooting commands or, tools... Im new to this voip stuff.  any help would be greatly appreciated.

Does anyone have an Automated caller connected to Call Manager via TAPI or JTAPI?  And what is it?  How well does it work?  Have you had any problems with it?  How easy was it to put in and use?
