[cisco-voip] Dates in IPCC Express / CRA Editor

Does anyone know how you can use date comparisons in the CRA editor for 
scripts for IPCC Express?  I'm attempting to setup a "holiday" schedule 
where certain messages are played when the current date is between a 
specified date range, but do not know the following:
A)  How to specify "today"
B)  How to do a date comparison

I have variables such as:
Message1DateStart
Message1DateEnd
etc...
and would like to do something like

if Message1DateStart <= today <= Message1DateEnd
playprompt holidayMessage1.wav

etc...

any ideas?
