[cisco-voip] Toll Fraud Numbers

OK, I contacted my verizon rep to see about getting a list of Toll Fraud
numbers and the reply I got was:

"I checked with our billing group and unfortunately we do not have that
information.   It changes all of the time. We can offer a 900# block,
but a
lot of the toll fraud numbers are using 800#'s also which cannot be
blocked."

So with that said, What is everyone else doing?  Or does someone have a
list?  Any help would be great!!!!!!
