nope, MGCP gw cannot translate the number before passing back to CCM
(AFAIK).
Sounds like the 0 to operator will have to become extension "0" on a dummy
phone with CFA configured.
This will remove the urgent priority, but you will have to wait for
interdigit
timeout anytime you attempt to dial operator at "0" becuase we don't know if
you mean "0" or "0159".
