On the main screen of your Unity administration, there is a Call Management
section on the left.  Under there, there is call handlers.  Then select
caller input. That is where you configure the caller options for each
button.

Probably one of those easy questions, but here it goes.  

I have unity 4.0 running and working properly.  I need to be able to hit 0
during the greeting to get the operator.  How do I do that?
