[cisco-voip] IP Phone 7960 firmware

That firmware load is for SCCP protocol.  You can upgrade to SIP or MGCP 
firmware loads, you have to have a customer login at CCO to download the 
firmware.  Basically, for SCCP and SIP you download the firmware to a TFTP 
server and configure the phone settings to use this TFTP server.  I haven't 
tried MGCP.  See the Voice Applications page for a complete list of firmware:

The MGCP firmware is misfiled on this listing, it's not under IP Phones, 
it's under Voice Application Software.
