[cisco-voip] Help with attendant console

Scott,

Can you access the trace configuration under http://WESDCM1/ccmservice 
and set TCD trace level to detailed, enable high level and low level 
trace, then restart the Cisco Telephony Call Dispatch service.  Then 
please re-send the log.
