make sure that you have the moh audio sources set to none at the device level and the line level. Also check ans see that your gateways have the moh source set to none.

You may need to reboot the phones for the change to take effect.

You could also stop the MOH Server and/or remove the moh sources.

  I need some help with my moh feature.  I am running CallManager 3.3.  I want to turn the moh feature off.  The moh audio source configuration has the sample audio source and the fixed sources available.  I went into my device pool settings and set the user hold moh audio source to none and the network hold moh audio source to none and the blasted music continues!!!  What am I missing?
