To disable MOH, just take your music on hold servers and put them into
MediaResourceGroups the phones and gateways do not have access to.
1. create MRG called NO_MOH
2. add all MOH servers to this MRG
3. DO not add this MRG to any MRGL.
This will make the MOH servers not available to endpoints so tone on hold
will kick in.

Subject: [cisco-voip] MOH
I need some help with my moh feature. I am running CallManager 3.3. I
want to turn the moh feature off. The moh audio source configuration has
the sample audio source and the fixed sources available. I went into my
device pool settings and set the user hold moh audio source to none and the
network hold moh audio source to none and the blasted music continues!!!
What am I missing?
