[cisco-voip] h323 problem

Dear list,

Iam trying to configure Audiocode gateway in FXS mode to connect to my gatekeeper.
i get dial tone and could see the number dialed...in my gatekeepr call monitor.
but the call is not through. but i dont see the destination IP(route) in my gatekker call monitor 
it shows 0.0.0.0 and i see source IP(my gateway)

when i checked through syslog :::
i get this error 
09/29 09:30:56.55 : 62.56.162.24 : WARNING :(     lgr_stack)(343       ) ?? [WARNING] Arrived Release contains no h.225 Reason neither q.931 Cause information stateMode:3
after this warning message the call is disconnected(ie gatekeeper relaeses the call)

I use h323 signalling.

pls advice any suggestion or where could be the problem
