[cisco-voip] h323 problem

Greetings Karthi,

Please enable "debug ras", "deb h225 asn1", and "debug gate main 5" on your
gatekeeper.
Then place a successfull call between 2 GK endpoints and place a failed call
between 2 GK endpoints.

Compare the debugs and find the difference.
Your syslog message below simply says that a reason code was not provided
when the call terminated. While this is not necessarily good, the call is
already being torn down so you need to look earlier in time to figure out
why the call was disconnected.

/Wes

  Subject: [cisco-voip] h323 problem

  Dear list,

Iam trying to configure Audiocode gateway in FXS mode to connect to my
gatekeeper.
i get dial tone and could see the number dialed...in my gatekeepr call
monitor.
but the call is not through. but i dont see the destination IP(route) in
my gatekker call monitor
it shows 0.0.0.0 and i see source IP(my gateway)

when i checked through syslog :::
  i get this error
  09/29 09:30:56.55 : 62.56.162.24 : WARNING :( lgr_stack)(343 )
?? [WARNING] Arrived Release contains no h.225 Reason neither q.931 Cause
information stateMode:3
after this warning message the call is disconnected(ie gatekeeper relaeses
the call)

  I use h323 signalling.

pls advice any suggestion or where could be the problem

  thanks by advance

  karthi
