Do you have the VoIP Monitor Server(RASCAL) setup on a server with 2 NIC's
so it can capture packets? Also you need to modify the registry on the
computer you are trying to monitor. Another issue we had was the RASCAL
server had to be on the same switch and VLAN as the stations being and doing
the monitoring. A good link for setup and configuration of RASCAL is:

Scroll to the bottom of the page for the registry entries that need to be
made. Good luck!
Jesse

As a Supervisor how do you monitor a call? I press the call monitor, then
what?
As the supervisor (enhanced) I can barge in or intercept but I'm having
difficulties monitoring.
I also can press the record, but how do I get the recorded conversation back
to listen to?
Scott
