Is that the TCL2.0 or TCL1.0 debit card program from cisco?
The only one I've seen that supports a long pound was the 2.0 version,
and I never got ti to work either.. But I didn't want it to work, as I'm
logging the calls with Radius and it's sketchy at best trying to create
multiple records since it ignores radius auth stop requests.

Subject: [cisco-voip] Heeeelp! conference mode?!
Hello all,
I am using a standard TCL script for prepaid card debit.tcl. The script
has
an option for pressing # for 300ms and disconnecting that call. Noramlly
it
should return to asking for the phone number. But it doesn't!
Debugging IVR errors I see :
Command Error: Disconnecting Leg 2489 in a conference
while executing
"leg disconnect leg_outgoing
What conference?! I am not doing anything like that!
Please help! All I want is for people to press that longpound,
disconnect
and call other numbers without reentering the card number.
Thank you,
Costin
