OK-

I'm feeling pretty good about writing my script and everything is
working well.  I would just like two little nice-a-ts.  

1. How do I setup my Que to play music between recordings?  Do I just
setup a play prompt for music or is there some kind of music on hold
feature for the que?  
2. Now that I have gotten the information from ICD about hold time,
place in que, etc.  How do I tell the caller?
