[cisco-voip] CRA Script

Scott,

IPCC uses the system default Music On Hold specified in CM. You need to
change it system wide in order for it to be "real" Music On Hold. Playing
music prompts between message prompts works, except for when the caller is
reserved to a resource or the agent places the caller on hold. This is when
the default System music on hold is played.

OK-

I'm feeling pretty good about writing my script and everything is working
well. I would just like two little nice-a-ts.

1. How do I setup my Que to play music between recordings? Do I just setup
a play prompt for music or is there some kind of music on hold feature for
the que?
2. Now that I have gotten the information from ICD about hold time, place in
que, etc. How do I tell the caller?

TIA

scott
