[cisco-voip] interconnecting 44 locations help

A customer has 44 locations and will be getting  ADSL connections at those
sites. The customer wants to interconnect the locations and carry their
voice/data traffic through the interconnection. They have asked us to come
up with a blueprint for a project. We have never done anything like this.
Any help will be greatly appreciated
