Hi All,
We currently have to wait about 8 to 10 seconds in delay after entering the
pin number on our prepaid platform. We're using Cisco IVR and TCL script.
If we press the # key right after entering the 10 digit pin code, then there
is no delay at all. How can we make our system recognize the 10 digit pin
code without pressing the # key and how do we avoid that 8 to 10 seconds
delay? Thanks for any help.

Please always call my cell first.

Cheers,

Frank Kim
