[cisco-voip] VOIP, CME and ISDN BRI problem

Hello,

I try to setup voip at our office, I got the following configuration:

Cisco 7900 phones, cisco 3725 router with cme (see show version at the
end) and a vic2bri isdn card.

I did setup two test phones with number 1 and 2, they work perfectly
for internal communications (7920 phones).

But I want to be able to phone outside (the world is very small with
only one peer number).

I tried a lot of things without success.

I got three isdn numbers, I want them to be mapped to internal numbers.

I got 024 426 07 21 that should be mapped to internal number 1.
I got 024 426 07 31 that should be mapped to internal number 2.

The third number should not be used now.

In my test configuration, I configured the interface to answer only for
024 426 07 21, that's normal, because other number are currently used
in production.

The current state is:

When I call from the outside on 024 426 07 21 I hear a tone very loudly
(too loudly) and after a little moment, I hear a disconnected tone.

When I try to call from the inside (what I want is to do 0 for the
outside, and then dial my number, for example, if I want to dial 024
555 555 555 I do 0 024 555 555 555). I want to have a different tone
when I press 0.

But with the current configuration, at the second I press 0, I hear a
disconnected tone and the debug log show Invalid information element
contents (see debug bellow).

I had that with
dial-peer voice 10 pots
  destination-pattern 0

now with
dial-peer voice 10 pots
  destination-pattern 0T

I hear the second dial tone, I can dial a number, then I press # or
wait and I got the same result as before (except in the log I don't
have Called Party Number i = 0x80, '0' but in place of the 0 I got
"0mynumber").

I tried a lot of things and I browsed the cisco website for hours and
hours. If somebody can give me a solution that would help me greatly.

Best Regards

Debug, what's happen when I pick up a phone and press 0 (the pstn
prefix I want) with debug isdn stand:
