[cisco-voip] adding ring tones in CM 3.3.4

Nevermind, it looks like the .raw file has to be a certain size?  The
original was 52kb, but I had to cut it down to 16kb.  Does anyone know the
maximum file size?  It's not specified on Cisco's website.  Thanks!

Has anyone been successful at converting an .mp3 file to the .raw format
that the ringtones require?  I am able to get all the Samples Rate, Bit
Rate, Compression, and everything else correct, but cannot seem to get the
Number Of Samples to be divisible by 240.  I am using Sound Forge to do the
conversion, and I can get the Number Of Samples to 242, but nothing
divisible by 240.  What software is everyone else using to conver these
files?

I've noticed that some SCCP phone loads can have more ringtones then others.
I've got 50 custom rings loaded on my 7960's right now.
