I have different CSS's setup for different things (Local, LD,
International etc) Each one has a router pattern for it,For example I
am in the 973 area code, so I have a CSS called Local_Css with a route
pattern for 1973 and 973. I also have a LD_CSS which ahs the standard
catchall pattern AS well as the 973 (this way it can do both).
Internatinoal calls aer always prefixed with 011 so I have a Route
pattern for 011 that goes to an "Unrestructed_CSS which has route
patterns for all 3
Then I simply set the CSS on the device depending on who is allowed to
call where..
Hope this helps...

How can I control what is considered a "Local" vs. "Long Distance" call?
Is this setup through Route Filters or is it configured on the
reporting end somewhere?
Also, is there a way to set the rate for domestic LD vs. international
separately (I'm guessing no)?
