I've got a few customers that have close to 1000 route patterns in their tables. Only performance hit I notice is on startup, it does take noticeably longer to load that many route patterns.
I know of no specific limitations.

Subject: [cisco-voip] Max route patterns
We have off-pbx route patterns established for a few number ranges, 5xxxx,
6xxxx, 3xxxx, etc. Eventually we will add route patterns for additional
numbers which will be ported from the other pbx to reside on our CCM on a
onesie-twosie basis, in the same 5 digit format. Therefore we'll have to
add a large number of distinct route patterns for these new numbers, e.g.
51234, 58999, etc. I'm worried about scaleability.
What is the maximum number of route patterns that CCM 3.3.3 supports? Any
changes for 4.0+ ? Also, has anyone ever noticed performance problems with
very LONG lists of route patterns?
Thanks,
Candace
