interface Serial1/0:23
 no ip address
 no logging event link-status
 isdn switch-type primary-dms100
 isdn incoming-voice voice
 isdn calling-number xxx

	you should just be able to set xxx to the number zero.

	this will change what you send..

	i've also seen people send 800-000-0000
