[cisco-voip] Re: Transfer key Does not Show At ALL!

The bizare is that the problematic call IS ESTABLISHED! The problem is with the absense of the  transfer key even when the call is active!!. The gateway's signalling is H323. 

Here is a debug h225 q931 from the 2650 voice gateway.

The first one is for a call that WAS ESTABLISHED but no transfer key was present!!
The second is for a normal call with no such problems.

I noticed that in the first one, there is only PROGRESS state and not ALERTING and CONNECTED!!
But the CALL WAS ESTABLISHED!! I talked to the man!!

  I have the following configuration:
  A cisco 2651 voice gateway with E1 controller card and so an E1 attached to it.
  A cisco call manager with several 7960/7940/7905 and ATA 186 devices.
  Problem.
  Here is the problem that i am dealing with for over 3 months!! The customer has gone crazy!!!
  When calls from an IPhone are made to numbers belonging to specific mobile (cellular) phone company the call is established but the Transfer soft key is not present. Only the Key End Of Call is present!!
  When, the cellular phone calls the iphone there is no problem!!! All other calls to other companies from or to the ipphones are perfect with the transfer key present!!!
  I will attach to you the Q931 debugging of a problem call as well as a detailed trace from the call manager.
