[cisco-voip] CRA 3.1.2

I've recently started having an issue with my agents logging into the
CRA.  The CTI server seems to take more then a minute to log in.  In the
past it has only taken about 10 seconds.  Any ideas as what to do?  If I
reboot the problem goes away for a week or so.
