[cisco-voip] Unity Upgrade..

Hey all,
Well my CCM upgrade went pretty smoothly and now I can start to tackle
Unity (3.1 to 4.1 upgrde)
 
Is there anything I should watch out for? Or is this a pretty straight
forward install?  Should I upgrade my Domain controllers to 2003 before
or after doing the 4.x install?
 
ALso am I going to have to do the same Reimage the box that I had to do
with CCM?
