[cisco-voip] Inbound Caller ID on Analog DIDs

Hi Anthony,

I asked this question when the vic2-4fxs/did came out. The answers I
received were:
1. in DID mode, there is no industry standard way of delivering ANI (CLID),
therefore, this is not a supported feature.

2. in FXO mode, the gateway can receive ANI via several standard methods and
send that information to CCM via H323 for inbound calls. CCM still does not
support receiving ANI on MGCP controlled FXO endpoints, so with MGCP-FXO ANI
is not possible.

/Wes
