[cisco-voip] T.37 off ramp fax client

Is anyone successfully using T.37 off ramp faxing on a cisco router? What
client application are you using to generate and send faxes from a desktop
pc?

I can successfully send an outbound fax by using the .tif file that was
generated from an on ramp fax, so I know I have the gateway working. I have
been trying to find a client application or printer driver that will convert
my word documents, pdf, excel spreadsheets, etc to the correct tiff format.
I was hoping to just use the Microsoft Fax services built into Win 2k and
XP, but windows generates a TIFF-F formatted file and the cisco T.37 off
ramp application only supports TIFF-S format.

Any suggestions or information would be helpful.
