up to your telco, but typicall seize an outbound trunk, then dial 0.
so (trunk-access-code)+0
in most offices, 90
but you had to allow this as a route pattern or fiddle with the
local-operator route filter.

I just had an administrator call and ask how to get an outside operator.
They want to do an emergency break in on an employee whose phone seems
to be busy. What do I need to in order to allow this?
