[cisco-voip] Disable Call Waiting Tone

We are using SIP, I have gone through the documentation for all the
configuration file settings and there is nothing I can find regarding
modification of call waiting tone, you can turn call waiting on and off but
no tone specific settings. I spoke to my vendor and they stated that they
are working on a feature to disable call waiting audio notification but that
as of right now they don't know of a way to do it. It appears that you can
do it on the 7905 and 7912 but not on the 7940/7960.

Not necessarily if they are running the SIP load on their phone.
(as we do)

There may be some directives you can add to your dialplan.xml file
(assuming sip) to make these changes.
