[cisco-voip] Disable Call Waiting Tone

Yes, the issue is that the user wants the call waiting feature with only a
visible indication of the second call.  I did offer call waiting turned off
with a CFB treatment to voicemail or another users line but that is not
acceptable.

	You can completely disable it with this:

call_waiting: 0

	in your SIP<mac>.cnf file
